I’m so sorry to hear of Fred’s passing. I know the emotion of loss is strong but praise the Lord though for the completed work of Christ on the cross and the assurance of Fred’s acceptance of Christ. What a blessing to know that he is finally released from the bodily suffering of the curse of sin and free to rejoice in heaven with Christ.

My deepest sympathy to the whole family. He will always have a place in my heart from the memories of his deep walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. His race is finished and his crown is at the feet of our Savior, until I see you again Fred, rejoice with those who have gone before and are standing in the presence of our King.

With sincere sympathy to the Memmer family. I had the pleasure of working with Fred over thirty years ago while at Union Carbide. It was my first job out of college as an engineer. Being from Napoleon, and Fred from Holgate, seemed to enhance our working relationship. He left a lasting impression upon me. His patience in teaching and level of integrity is something I will always remember, value, and strive to achieve.

Dear Lonnie and family, we were so saddened to hear of Fred’s passing. His love and heart for missions was so great. His loss brings sadness to our hearts and joy at the same time knowing he is spending this new year in the throne room of our King. Also, we will never see, make or eat a peach pie and not have sweet memories of him. God comfort you as you go through this time of loss.
