
Freddie B. Bailey, 82, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on April 26, 1940 in Quitman County, MS, the son of Rodger Sr. and Irene (Vann) Bailey. Freddie served in the U.S. Army from June 13, 1962 to June 12, 1964 and was awarded the Marksman (Rifle) Badge, Letter of Appreciation and Good Conduct Medal.
Freddie worked at Dayton Marine/IAC Fremont and retired after many years of service. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, working on cars and sports.
Freddie is survived by his siblings, Mary Gamble, Fostoria, OH, Calvin Bailey, Sandusky, OH, William Bailey and Juanita Bailey both of Fremont, OH and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rodger Bailey II and Derrell Bailey Sr.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at New Revelations Church, 816 South St., Fremont, OH.
