So sorry to hear of Frankie’s passing. He was a good a good man and neighbor. When my dad was undergoing surgery in 1960 or so, Frankie and some other good-hearted farmers harvested his crops for him. My family has never forgotten this kindness. He also knew how to grow great hay for horses! He will be sorely missed in the neighborhood.
My deepest sympathy to the Bender family.
Pat Smith
I’m sorry to hear of Frankie’s passing. As a classmate I remember him as a really ‘good’ guy. I’m sad to say I’ve lost touch. I’m also sad to say I missed observing the good life he led. Please accept my sympathies. Pat Smith, Limerick, Pa
