
Eular Mae (Davis) Gaffney, 80, of Fremont, OH, formerly of Cleveland, OH passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Ebied Hospice in Sylvania, OH. She was born on September 14, 1941 in Abbeville, AL to Ularsee “Bud” Davis and Nettie Mae (Grimsley) Davis. Eular married Alphloyd Gaffney on July 18, 1981 in Fremont, OH and he preceded her in death on November 12, 2012. She was a homemaker and worked at General Electric as a repair operator for ten years.
Eular lived in Cleveland and Elyria from 1980 to 2012. She was a member of Greater St. James Church. She enjoyed music and spending time with family and friends.
Eular is survived by her stepchildren; Anthony (Linda) Gaffney and Cheryl Bloodworth both of Cleveland, OH; nieces and nephews, Ular Cadett Davis, Charlene Fisher, Janie Davis, Barbara Fisher, Debbie Wade, Ronda Brown, Lisa Moss, Aimee Jones, Leah Mason and Darren Lee; many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alphloyd Gaffney; siblings, Sam Davis, Alberta Jones and Annie Lee; niece Nettie Lee Brown and nephews, La-mar Lee and Sammy Davis, Jr.
Visitation and Services: Monday from 11:00 am to Noon at Greater St. James Church, 629 N. Sixth St, Fremont, OH, with the service beginning at Noon at the church.
Burial: Oakwood Cemetery
