Eric William Koth

Eric William Koth, 39, of Clyde, OH passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. He was born November 6, 1981 in Newark, OH to Les Koth and Peggy McMellen. He was a 2000 graduate of Clyde High School. Eric married Mignon Novitski on September 20, 2003. Eric loved music, playing guitar and drums. He had a passion for being outdoors where he enjoyed camping, hiking and collecting Red Tail Hawk feathers. Eric had a strong faith and a close relationship with the Lord. He became friends with anyone he would meet and was able to make them smile. Eric had a heart to helping anyone in need.

Eric is survived by his wife, Mignon Koth, Clyde, OH; children, Kaleb Daniel, Grace Serenity and Abigail Faith Koth, all at home; mother, Peggy McMellen, Oak Harbor, OH; father, Les (Brenda) Koth, Clyde, OH; sister, Lisa Corthell, Bettsville, OH, brothers, Bryan (Jody Bucklew) Koth and Benjamin Koth both of Monroe, MI; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and best friends, Daniel “Boone” Estep and Jason “Dickie Mo” Dickman.

Visitation: Tuesday from 10:00 am to Noon at Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 211 N Broadway St., Green Springs, OH 44836.

Service: Tuesday, May 25, 2021, Noon at the funeral home with Pastor Ken DeChant officiating.

Burial: Green Springs Cemetery
