Ellen P. Hill, 81, of Plymouth, OH passed away on July 5, 2018 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She was born on October 16, 1936 in Tiffin, OH the daughter of Edgar V. Phenicie and Mary (Kriner) Hinckley. Ellen was a homemaker and enjoyed canning and cooking.
Ellen is survived by her sons, Richard Newmeyer, Douglasville, GA, Thomas Newmeyer, Willard, OH and Daniel Newmeyer of Tennessee; brother-in-law, James Smith; former husband, H.J. Newmeyer, Shelby, OH and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; second husband, William Hill and sister, Loretta Smith.
Visitation: Friday, July 13, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon at Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 211 N. Broadway St., Green Springs, OH.
Graveside ceremony will follow at Green Springs Cemetery.
