Ellen had a heart of gold, always there to help anyone in need. She loved to cook and was always eager to share her tasty results. I remember listening to Don’s and Ellen’s interesting stories about all their travels across the US, often taking our late mother along. She will be always be remembered for her sweet smile and kindness. May Don and her family find peace and comfort and may Ellen rest in peace.

Ellen was a fabulous cook and was always there when you needed a helping hand. Don was a lucky man to have her in his life. Whenever I was at their house she would offer me dinner and I couldn’t refuse those amazing meals. She enjoyed pleasing people and sitting around a campfire. She will be greatly missed. RIP!

Ellen had the biggest heart of anyone I know! She would give her baked goodies and pickles to everyone and man were they delicious! She was so full of life, yelling OH at the top of her lungs during the Ohio State football games expecting a IO reply from everyone around! Life of the party! And the shoulder rubs!! Everyone knew what to expect after her shoulder rubs lol. Sweet lady you will be missed more than you know. Rest in heaven my friend❤️
