    Sandy and Chris-
Sorry to read about your Mom. She graduated Fremont Ross with my Mom (maiden name- JoAnn Herring). Mom’s now in northern WI near Linda & Joe. Don’t think there are too many left from the Class of ’48.

I have such fond memories of Mrs.. Stang working in the cafeteria at St. Ann’s…..she and Mrs. McCoy. It were these fine woman who taught us how to be ladies, give respect to others and not to fear work! I am sorry to hear about her passing. May she once again see her husband and Leonard, who was in my brother Wes’s class.

So sorry to hear about Mrs Stang. She was the cafeteria lady when I taught at St. Ann’s. I always liked talking to her as she was so kind and extra nice to us teachers. There was often an extra scoop or special dessert to share. I’m sure she passing out treats to all the angels in heaven. All of you family and friends of her are in my prayers.

    To my cousins,
My heart breaks at the loss of being able to have feisty conversations with Aunt Elizabeth!
I have many special memories from childhood, of special visits (just my mom and I) going to Fremont to visit and lunch with Aunt Liz. All through my life the Batesole families/cousins have always been easy to reach and were near for support. So blessed for our large family!
Rest in Peace Dear Aunt Elizabeth. I am joyful that the Batesole sisters are together again.
Aunt Liz and Uncle Don are together forever, eternal.
Love and hugs to my cousins and know that we are with you all in spirit during these days ahead.

Aunt Liz and Uncle Don visited us in Florida. We have some wonderful memories of that trip. I always loved stopping by her Fremont home at Christmas where we were always greeted with open arms.

Charlie and I are saddened by the family’s loss. When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be….

    Sincerely,

    For my Stang Cousins,
I remember lots of fun times at your house especially in the summer, hanging out in your camper in the yard and running around the neighborhood. Aunt Liz was an important part of the village of women that supported my Mom and helped us along the way, and for that I will always be grateful.

She is in heaven now with your Dad, Lenny, and yes all her sisters . . . I can only imagine the volume and rapid-fire conversations that must be happening! 🙂

Chris and I send our deepest sympathies and please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

    Take Care,
    Cousin Kelly
