
Edward “Chip” C. Booze, Jr., 45, formerly of Gibsonburg, OH passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Filling Home of Mercy in Napoleon, OH. He was born on March 2, 1970 in Sandusky, OH, the son of Edward C. and Lou Ann (Van Ness) Booze, Sr. He was a 1992 graduate of School of Hope.
Chip was a former member of the Church of Christ.
Chip is survived by his parents, Edward C. and Lou Ann Booze, Sr., Hattieville, AR; sister, Laura Brown, Tiffin, OH; grandmother, Eileen Booze, Bellevue, OH; nieces and nephews, Zack, Cassidy and Bailey; aunts, uncles, cousins and his Filling Home Family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Marion Van Ness, LeRoy Booze.
Visitation: Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from Noon until 2:00 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Service: Wednesday at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Denise Brown officiating.
Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens
