I am so happy to have spent spent hours discussing whatever came into our heads at Chick’s Canvas. Politics, insurance, life, travel, music, and cats and dogs. No subject was off limits. When time allowed me to pop in, I was always glad to see Doug there, working away at one project or another. Always on a mission to complete something. So much knowledge. I am blessed to have known him and really enjoyed our conversations. It was just by luck Pat and I were able to visit him in the hospital during his last stay there. You will not be forgotten, Doug. I pray for strength for Carol and hope time will pass quickly for your family to heal. Thank you for being a friend. You are missed. Rest in peace.
