Don C. Moyer, 87, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 5, 1933 in Bloomville, OH to Arthur and Maria “Eulalia” (Lawrence) Moyer. He was raised in Tiffin, OH. Don married Vonda Pasch on December 1, 1952 in Indiana and together they had two daughters, Debra and Brenda. She preceded him in death on October 20, 1969. Don then married Linda L. Sisinger on February 20, 1971 at St. Ann Catholic Church and she survives.
Don worked for Bendix /Whirlpool Corporation in the distribution center for over forty-three years, retiring in 1996. He was also a lifelong farmer and has the Oliver tractor he started farming with. Don also restored many antique tractors. He and his son Donald farmed together.
Don was a member of S.C.R.A.P.; The Fremont Outing Club; Fremont Eagles, VFW and Moose. He loved camping, square dancing, gambling and going for his daily walk, especially at Spiegel Grove.
Don is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Linda L. Moyer, Fremont, OH; children, Debra (Michael) Arnold, Clyde, OH and Brenda (Chuck) Russell, Fremont, OH, Donald Moyer, Fremont, OH and Richard (Bobbie) Moyer, Bellevue, OH; sister, Dorothy (John) Durfee, Dahinda, IL; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents; first wife, Vonda Moyer; siblings, Margurite Moyer, Robert, Lloyd, Gerald, Charles and Richard Moyer, Betty Ann Brickner, Jean Katzenmeyer and Glenna Winters.
Don’s family would like to thank all the staff who cared for him during his stay at ProMedica Memorial Hospital.
Visitation: Sunday from 1-4 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Services are private for the family and burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery. His service will be available to view on his obituary page at www.whhfh.com after Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
