My name is Joseph. I used to babysit Debbie when she was an infant. She was adopted by my aunt and uncle Jack and Dolly Horner shortly after she was born. She was also the granddaughter of my step grandfather Gilbert Smith of Moundsville, W.V. I lost touch with Nancy (Debbie’s mother) when she went back to Indiana to live with her mother when she was 14. She had Debbie shortly after she returned to Indiana. Nancy (her mother) used to babysit me when I was little.
