
Debra “Debi” Ann Ayres, 58, of Fremont, OH passed away at her home on Monday, February 23, 2015. She was born on September 20, 1956 in Norton, VA. She was a 1974 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Debi married Todd W. Ayres on October 20, 2004 in Fremont and he survives. She was employed by Sandusky County for eighteen years working for Countryside Continuing Care Center, in the kitchen at the jail and currently as a Corrections Officer. She loved her job. Debi enjoyed boating, riding in golf carts and working around her home.
Debi is survived by her husband, Todd Ayres, Fremont, OH; step child, Ashley Ping, Destin, FL; siblings, Terry (Tommy) Warwick, Clyde, OH, Doug (Deb) Miller, Shelbyville, KY; nieces, Tessa (Jason) Keefe, Tiffin, OH, Jill Warwick, Fremont, OH; great nieces and nephew, LaKeya Warwick, Avery and Evan Keefe; father-in law and mother-in-law, Ron and Marie Ayres, Fremont, OH; beloved dog, Hattie Mae.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Barbara Reed; step daughter, Amber Arruda; beloved dog, Abbigal.
Visitation: Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 2 – 4 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Memorial Service: Wednesday, March 4, 2015, 4:00 pm at the funeral home with Funeral Celebrant Maureen Pump officiating.
