
Daniel R. Warner, 63, of Fremont, OH passed away at home with his wife by his side on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. He was born on March 23, 1956 in Fayetteville, NC. He was a 1974 graduate of Woodmore High School.
Daniel served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1974 to 1978 and was awarded the USCG Good Conduct Award and the USCG Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon. He married Anna G. McIntyre on January 29, 2010 in Fremont and she survives.
Daniel was a truck driver at Dart Trucking for many years. He enjoyed fishing.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Anna G. Warner, Fremont, OH; daughter, Jennifer (Brandon) Morgan, Fremont, OH, Amy German, Florida, Michael Vargas, Brook Park, OH and Jessica Heisley, Cleveland, OH; sisters, Barb (Gary) Cramer, Columbus, OH, Pam Kimball, Norwalk, OH and Kathy Warner, Oak Harbor, OH; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Ailene Cummins and Jean (Chapman) and (William) Warner.
A Graveside Memorial Service will take place on October 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at McGormely Cemetery, Fremont, OH with Military Honors provided by the VFW.
Memorials can be made to United Way of Sandusky County Cancer Fund.

Dan was such a gentle soul and a good man. Gary and I will surely miss him, but we are glad he is out of pain. We enjoyed getting to know him better the last few months. Just wish there was more time! Gary will remember him every time he fishes… as that is a joy they both share.
