
Charlotte C. Hottinger, 83, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Valley View Health Campus. She was born on May 27, 1938 in Fremont to Carl E. and Rhea H. (Walters) Myers. She was a 1956 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Charlotte worked at H.J. Heinz Company as an operator and retired in 1995 after many years of service. She was a member of Fremont Alliance Church, Fremont Eagles, Moose, VFW, Fremont Senior Center, Golden Threads and the Volunteers of America Auxiliary through Bethesda Care Center. Charlotte enjoyed traveling and loved to cook, bake and garden.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Steven C. (Tami) Hottinger and Marcia A. Hottinger both of Fremont, OH, Linda K. (Ed) Snider, Grand Junction, CO and Ted (Camie) Stallbaum, Paulding, OH; brother, William “Bill” H. Myers, Las Vegas, NV and eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law, Karen Myers.
Visitation: Monday, December 13, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH. Services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
