Prayers and thoughts to the family of Cecilia. Cecilia and Ted were my God Parents, though I did not get to see them much, I remember them as a child and in adult years. CeCe worked with my Grandmother and Aunt at Ohio Bell for many years, always remember them sharing their good times together. Together, may they enjoy Paradise and Peace, along with my parents Pennie and Edward Wilhelm, in the Church Triumphant. God’s Peace that surpasses all understanding be with Toni, Julie, Jackie, Max and all of their families.

CeCe was a very loving and giving person. Her love and passion was efficacious. She has been missed from church. She was always so generous with her fabulous crocheting. I miss the talks about her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was always so eager to talk about her special family. Going to school with Toni and working for WSOS, I had the pleasure to meet many of her family members. My deepest condolences to her family for she loved you all so much.
