Carol Ann Pontious, 82, of Clyde, OH passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at St Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She was born on February 7, 1941 in Fremont, OH to Floyd and Florence (Walters) Andre. Carol married James R. Pontious on June 16, 1998 in Toledo and he survives. She was currently work at Arby’s in Clyde, OH for the past seven years. Carol enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family.
Carol is survived by her husband, James Pontius, Clyde, OH; children, Joe (Kelly) Pearson, Kenny (Connie) Pearson, both of Clyde, OH, Penny Luna, Swanton, OH, Cheryl (John) Livingston, Bellevue, OH Dawn Pontious; brother, John (Sally) Andre, of Pennsylvania and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; children, Deborah Lewallen, Roberta “Chris” Lanier, Becky Haro, Carol Roddy, Robert C. Eishen, Jr and brother, Floyd Andre.
It was Carol’s wishes not to have any services.
Memorials can be made to her family in her honor.
