Carl will be very much missed by me and my family. He has always been a part of my life, especially during our childhood. Even though we have been apart during most of our adult lives, the memories of our families camping and fishing together during our younger years will forever be in my memories. I was so fortunate to grow up with you in the best neighborhood ever. Rest In Peace my friend.
Love,
Bill Toeppe

Dear Carl,
You were my neighbor here at Nugent’s for a long time, you were always a nice guy easy going honest and sincere. I know you would have given me the shirt off your back if I asked for it. I’m going to miss you buddy,

I met Carl at Yacht Club. Remember how proud he was that his Dad served with Patten. Also his dog, Argos. Will miss him.

Carl, SO many memories from over all of the years that we all grew up together in our neighborhood. Lots of things that we all got into growing up!! So glad that we had you as part of it!! You were always such a good friend!! Such a sweetheart!!! Such a great sense of humor, and a love of trying to see how far we could push things without getting in trouble, lol (even though we did a few times, lol)!! I am sure that I speak for ALL of our neighborhood family when I say that we will NEVER forget you, or the so very many memories that we have!!! Love you my brother!!! Just can NOT believe that you are gone!!!
