Bruce W. Bond

Bruce W. Bond, 56, of Fremont, OH passed away on February 28, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, OH. He was born on July 10, 1957 in Fort Belvoir, VA to Ronald C. and Mary Lou (Campbell) Bond. He was a 1976 graduate of Ross High School.

Bruce was currently a lab inspector at Whirlpool Corp. where he has worked since 1976. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting. Bruce was an avid Fremont Ross, Ohio State and Green Bay Packers fan.

Bruce is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Bond; siblings, Rod (Linda) Bond, Jeff (Nan Kramer) Bond and Faith Lewis all of Fremont; nieces and nephews, Jacob, Cory and Michael Lewis, Danny (Heather) Bond, Erica (Dan) Thompson, Sara (Robert) Boger and Brian Bond along with many great nieces and nephews.

Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Ronald C. Bond.

Visitation: Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH 43420.

Service: Wednesday, March 5, 2014; 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Burial: Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont, OH
