
Billy R. Mullins, 53, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was born on August 21, 1968 in Tiffin, OH, the son of Charles Mullins and Betty (Tyree) Baker. He was a 1986 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and received a master’s degree in Business Management from Tiffin University.
Billy married Carrie Gonzalez on October 11, 2014 at Our Lady of The Pines in Fremont and she survives. He was currently the supervisor at Church & Dwight in Old Fort for the past year. He owned and operated Restless Staffing for the past six years. Billy was a member of the Clyde Moose and enjoyed boating, watching football with his friends and spending time with family.
Billy is survived by his wife of seven years, Carrie Mullins, Fremont, OH; mother and stepfather, Betty and Richard Baker, Clyde, OH; children, Brooke Gelinas, Tiffin, OH, Billy Mullins, Jr., New Riegel, OH, Cooper Mullins, Caledonia, OH, Lorissa Mullins, Mercedie Matthews and Bridgette Mullins, all of Fremont, OH; grandson, Hunter Riedel, Tiffin, OH; siblings, Charles Mullins Mechanicsburg, OH and David Mullins, Clyde, OH; special friends, Greg and Sara Montgomery, Bellevue, OH, John and Tammy Wellman, Fremont, OH and Kenny Ring, Bellevue, OH.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Mullins and brother, Sanford, Mullins.
Visitation: Monday from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Service: Tuesday, November 16, 2021, 10:30 am at the funeral home with Pastor Paul Tyree officiating.
Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice.

He will be remembered for being such a heck of a nice guy while working with him at American Standard. The place could tear your morale apart but Bill was known to be a family reman with a kind heart. This was rare.
