
Betty Marie Shedenhelm-Braley, 95 of Fremont, OH passed away Saturday January 9, 2016 at Pristine Living in Fremont. She was born on December 22, 1920 in Clyde, OH to Enos and Zula (Sheidler) Drown.
Betty married George Shedenhelm on October 4, 1938 and was married for fifty-three years until he preceded her in death in 1990. She married William Braley in 1993 on Valentine’s Day and he preceded her in that same year. Betty worked for Infant Items, the Green Springs Nursery and Boynton Beach Nursery in Florida. She was a former member of Green Spring Methodist Church and a few card clubs. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and bird watching. Betty was a loving wife and very caring to her children and grandchildren.
Betty is survived by her children, Carol (Rubel) Waymond, Freeport, OH, William (Kathy) Shedenhelm, Fremont, OH; nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, George Shedenhelm; second husband, William Braley; significant other, John Limestahl; sisters, Elsie Joseph, Phyllis Ward and brother, Doyle Drown.
Memorials can be made to Stein Hospice or Pristine Senior Living of Fremont.
