
Betty Buczek, 82, of Fremont, OH passed away at her home on December 23, 2020 with her family by her side. She was born in Fremont on April 3, 1938 the daughter of Ivan and Elva (Easterwood) McKeever. Betty married Edmund M. Buczek on September 14, 1963 at St. Casmir’s Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on August 31, 2012. She was a homemaker and enjoyed going to garage sales and Walmart.
Betty is survived by her children, Jeff (Brenda) Buczek, Clyde, Kimberly (Gary) Reedy and Timothy (Julie) Buczek both of Fremont; sister, Nancy McKeever and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Sophie Motel and husband, Edmund Buczek.
Visitation: Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.
The use of face masks is required while indoors at all services. Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors. If you would prefer, you may express your condolences below or call the funeral home at 419-332-6409 to request that your name be signed in the guest book.
Private services will be held for the family.
Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Clyde, OH.
