Betsy A. (Bower) Funderburk, 54, of Fremont, OH passed away on November 9, 2021 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born on October 6, 1967 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Jerry and Pamela (Grubs) Bower. Betsy was a 1986 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Betsy married Douglas Funderburk in June of 2001 and he preceded her in death in June of 2019.
Betsy enjoyed fishing, playing sports and was an avid Browns and Ohio State Fan. She also loved her dog, Alex.
Betsy is survived by her parents, Jerry and Pamela Bower; sister, Jami (Eric) Hineline both of Fremont, OH; niece, Karli Hineline, Michigan and nephew, Jack Hineline, Toledo, OH.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
A private family service will take place at a later date with burial at McGormley Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice.

I never met Betsy, though knowing all of you and the wonderful family that you are, she must have been a wonderful person as well.
