
Arlene Havener, 81, of Fremont, OH passed away at Bethesda Care Center on June 3, 2016. She was born on December 22, 1934 in Fremont the daughter of John and Helen (Reed) Love. She was a 1952 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Arlene married Harold Havener on May 30, 1959 at Hayes United Methodist Church in Fremont. He preceded her in death on December 7, 1996. She was an operator at Ohio Bell for many years and then worked at Eaton Controls until she retired. Arlene was a past member of the V.F.W., Moose and Eagles Auxiliaries. She also was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Arlene is survived by her sons, Michael (Julie) Havener, Holmesville, OH and John (Rhonda) Havener, Findlay, OH; brothers, Neil (Phyllis) Love, Birch Run, MI and Jack Love, San Diego, CA; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Havener; brothers, Gale and Dennis Love.
Graveside services will be held on June 11, 2016; 3:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, 1225 Oakwood St., Fremont, OH Pastor Dutch Vander Vlucht will officiate.
