Robert “Bob” J. Diehr

Robert “Bob” J. Diehr, 51, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Toledo Hospital. He was born on April 6, 1962 in Fremont, the son of John L. Diehr and Barbara (Ball) Diehr.

Bob served in the U.S. Army from January 2, 1981 until December 20, 1983 and was awarded the Army Service Ribbon and Sharpshooter Qualification Badge.

Bob was employed at H.J. Heinz Company for the past thirty years where he was currently working. He was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed camping and loved to watch football.

Bob is survived by his son, Michael Diehr of Ashford, WA; father, John L. Diehr and mother, Barbara Diehr; brothers, David Diehr and Kevin Lee Diehr all of Fremont, OH; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Wonderly

Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Burial: Parkhurst Cemetery, Clyde, OH at a later date
