Richard “Dick” C. Krueger

Richard “Dick” C. Krueger, 74, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Bethesda Care Center. He was born on April 18, 1941 in Toledo, OH, the son of Arthur R. and Fay (Culver) Krueger. He was a 1961 graduate of Waite High School.

Dick married Judith Jennings on July 28, 1962 in Toledo and she survives. He was a Union Steward at the Chrysler Jeep Plant with the U.A.W. Local 12 in Toledo for thirty years. He retired in 1992. Dick was an avid Michigan Football fan and enjoyed collecting antiques, gardening and raising exotic birds.

Dick is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Judith Krueger, Fremont, OH; sons, Richard R. (Janie) Krueger, Lindsay, OH, Robert Krueger, Fremont, OH; siblings, Phyllis Schmidt, Toledo, OH, Donald (Doris) Krueger of Florida; grandchildren, Richard C. Krueger II, Samuel Krueger, Brittany Krueger, Robert Krueger, Jr., Savannah Krueger and Ryan Krueger and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Ronald Krueger; brother, Robert Krueger.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
