Michael J. Daugherty, 53, of Fremont, OH passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at ProMedical Medical Hospital. He was born October 2, 1961 in Sandusky, OH to Charles C. Daugherty and Betty (Blymyer) Valle.
Michael previously worked for Heinz Company for ten years. He enjoyed gardening. Michael really loved his family and spending time with them. He always had a joke and could make everyone laugh.
Michael is survived by his mother and step father, Betty and Telesforo Valle; brother, Jeff Daugherty, all of Fremont, OH; sister, Kathy Filgueiras, Cocoa, FL; companion, Terri Simmons; many nieces and nephews and several step siblings.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, William Daugherty.
Services were held private for the family.
