Mary Ann is survived by her children, Skyler Gase of Florida and Lillian Race of Fremont, OH; father, Dennis (Regina) Eberly, Clyde; mother, Margaret (Frank) Eberly of Florida; siblings, Steve Eberly, Clyde, Robin (Jeff) Rawling of Florida, Deb (Bob Morris) Larson, Clyde and Terrie Rogers, Fremont.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Doris Franks and Mary and Dwight Eberly; niece, Jessica Larson; nephew, Jeremy Eberly and Cody Eberly.
Visitation: Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home & Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
Memorial Service: Wednesday, March 5, 2014; 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
