Isabell B. Schwartz, 94, of Fremont, OH passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Elmwood at the Springs in Green Springs, OH. She was born May 28, 1919 to John and Bertha (Bower) Connelly. Isabell was a 1937 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Isabell married Henry D. Schwartz on July 15, 1939 and preceded her in death on August 15, 1985. She was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her family. Isabell attended Grace Community Church.
Isabell is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Ren) Hirt, Fremont, OH; sister, Mary (John) Noftz, Clyde, OH; grandson, Dustin Lee, Fremont, OH; step grandchildren, Renee Kindred, Fremont, OH, Randi Schaffer, Nevada City, CA; several step great grandchildren, step great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry D. Schwartz; step grandson, Aren Hirt; brother, John Connelly and sister, Alice Reamer.
Visitation: Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.
Service: Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Forrest Kirchenbauer officiating.
Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH
In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Stein Hospice.
