Caryl M. Laney

Caryl M. Laney, 69, of Fremont, OH passed away on September 2, 2016 at Bethesda Care Center. She was born on April 13, 1947 in Norwalk, OH to the late Owen and Edna Mae (Ford) Chase.

Caryl worked for Quickcut for sixteen years and then Aeroquip for sixteen years until she retired in 1997. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening, crocheting and fishing. She was a loving wife and mother and loved animals.

Caryl is survived by her children, James (Sue) Cherry, David (Beth) Easterday, Jerry (Kim) Heminger all of Fremont, Tim Keener of Florida; step-daughter, Nicole M. Fawley, Fremont; brother, Owen Chase, Fremont; former husband, Gary Laney, Fremont; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents, Owen Chase and Edna Mae Chase Miller and brother, Bill Miller.

Private graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH.
